The swivel feature allows you to bring all your long material and straight through the machine. Great for using 20 or 40 foot long stock and angle changes are lightning quick as the heads swivel and the vice remain stationary. Cast-iron construction on tables, soft frame, head, saw bow and vice ensure long life, accuracy, and low vibration with stability and rigidity. The heavy duty stamped steel cabinet gives a rock solid foundation. Workholding vice has a quick action, locking lever handle to open and close for a quick repeating of cuts. The hydraulic dash pot letdown cylinder system is infinitely adjustable, so you can micro adjust down your feeding speed for all your different material choices and simply use the same setting for repeat jobs. The cylinder is simply charged by lifting the saw bow. The electrical system uses a DC motor with a PC board, giving infinitely variable blade, speed, allowing you to dial in a perfect speed, according to your materials and configurations getting the best blade, cutting chips and long blade life. The built-in, circulating, flood coolant pump system flows: through the guides and floods the blade for long life when cutting stainless and other hard materials and helps wash away the swarf, cooling and lubricating the blade for long life. The chip tray catches the coolant, screens out the chips and send it back into the Reservoir. An extra clip coolant splash tray is included for use when making 60° cuts.

Swivel turret has a degree reading scale to set your miters from 0 to 60° and locks quickly with the lever.
Blade driven blade cleaning wire brush keeps the blade and wheels clean.
The saw automatically shuts off when you complete the cut so you can be doing other things at the same time
You can use the convenient trigger switch on the letdown handle for cutting small pieces quickly without the use of a hydraulic cylinder.
Easily adjustable triple row ball bearing roller guides are adjusted and are easily slid back-and-forth and lever locked quickly in place close to the workplace for rigidity.
The oil filled seal warm gearbox provides long life, and transfers the power without changing step pulleys or wearing out belts.
