Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of general repairs and maintenance tasks
* Conduct routine inspections on buildings, units, and equipment
* Diagnose and repair light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other residential issues
* Complete suite turnarounds and make-readies efficiently
* Ensure all work meets local and state building codes
* Follow all safety procedures and regulations
* Install appliances and complete in-unit upgrades
* Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests
* Participate in an on-call emergency rotation
* Maintain grounds and outdoor areas
* Perform drywall repairs, patching, and finishing
* Install flooring and assist with unit renovations
* Tool purchase program
Must have Drivers License and pass background check, interviews in person, start 5/1/26
