Appears to show a series of pumps and pipes which appear to be part of a booster pump system and backflow prevention assembly.
A booster pump system increases water pressure to a desired level. A backflow prevention assembly is a device that prevents the undesirable reversal of water flow . Red components are commonly used for fire suppression. This was used in a now closed campground which had cabins for rent in Rock Creek, Ohio. System worked well, cabins were very dated and have been removed.
