Turkey hatching eggs. $3 each.
The tom is a royal palm, and the hens are commercial broad breasted (some brown and some white). The tom is from a local breeder and the hens are from Hoover's and McMurray hatcheries. There are also a couple of royal palm hens. I incubated a clutch last year and got a pretty good hatch rate, like 50-60%. But there is no guarantee on hatch rate and no refunds!!! Be advised since they are part heritage breed, the poults took a bit longer to reach butcher weight than the commercial breed, like 6-7 months. The toms I hatched out last year weighed in at an average of 22 lbs dressed weight. The hen in the last photo is what the poults look like when mature; she's kind of a light gray color. They are laying 3-6 eggs/day, so pls advise a few days before picking up to collect the desired amount. Also if there's frost, best to wait a day so the eggs keep. Pickup from Dorset Township.
